How much will this cost?

Websites

All needs are different so pricing depends on the scope of your specific project. The average rate for a brochure website is $2500. A basic ecommerce site could cost around $5000. This is a big chunck of change for a small business or individual. I can build a brochure website for under half the cost of either of these estimates. I use WIX builder and hosting, utilizing widgets and applications to develop the site. This means less time on actual development which saves you money. These widgets/apps have been thoroughly tested and are top rated. Utilizing my design expertise and knowledge of my hosting partners platform allows me to create a site and have it up and running in WEEKS as opposed to months. Bottomline for you is less time and money to establish your website presence. This also in turn frees up your time to focus on your business. I walk you through every step. You are involved with every aspect of the project. We begin with a consultation, then you fill out a Business Discovery document that helps me understand your business and determine how to best implement your website. From there I will provide you with a detailed cost estimate along with a timeline to complete the website. After completion and launch of the website, I can hand it over to you or for a nominal monthly fee I can maintain it for you. I have multiple level packages to give you an idea of what you get with each package and estimated cost.

Package Types

Standard


The Standard site is for small businsess or individuals that do not need to sell products or services online (eCommerce). The main focus of the site is visibility of the business/individual, information sharing and contact information. Contact forms and event registration is available at no additional cost. All of the usual sections are included for the basic site (Welcome, Contact, About, Services Listing, Subscribers). If your business needs more and as it grows we can add additional pages, apps and functions. Starting at $500




Standard Plus


Includes everything offered in the Standard package plus additional features such as blog, forum, FAQ and more. Starting at $800




Advanced


This is for websites that are more complex and require additional pages/sections beyond the basic package and takes more time to complete. Starting at $1000




E-Commerce


Your business or website may need eCommerce in order to sell products, accommodations services and more. Beginning with the base price I will add on those features as needed based upon your business need. Prices for additional pages and functions will be based upon complexity at $25 per hour. Feature functions have individual pricing and will be discussed at time of need. Starting at $1500




Add Ons


From the beginning or as your business grows you may need additional functionality or features. I can add those at any time during our project or after launch. Prices for additional pages and functions will be based upon complexity at $25 per hour. Feature functions have individual pricing and will be discussed at time of need. Included in your package, I will sit down with you to teach you how to maintain your website. I will also be available to assist you as needed for one month after launch of the website. After one month, I charge $25 per hour for assistance. OR if you'd rather stick to doing your business and leave the website to me, I will be happy to maintain your site for a monthly fee under my Maintenance Contract. The monthly fee starts at $50 per month for general updates to a basic website. Designing and building additional pages and feature/functions that are not already on the website after launch are not included in the maintenance contract and will be charged $25 per hour in addition to the monthly fee.

Maintenance
Marketing Materials & Graphics

For all marketing materials, I use an hourly rate of $25 per hour. This does not include the fees to print or shipping costs. The printing company I use maintains high quality and the fees are very reasonable. If you have your own print company I can work with them sending necessary files for print. Once we discuss your project, I can give you a quote up front of how long it will take for me to design the materials and the cost of printing.

My graphic work is also billed at $25 per hour. Graphics include any combination of photo, images and content to be displayed specifically for ads on social media. Any graphics created for print materials, emails, logos or website will be added in the overall cost of the project as a separate line item.

I charge a flat fee of $150 for a logo design which will include resolution/files specific for print (pdf, tiff) as well as web (jpg, png). These files are for you to keep and use as needed. Should you need some other resolution or file type I will create that for you at no additional cost.
